Ingredients 

- 100 g. raw cocoa butter ( Click here ) 

- 30 g. raw cocoa powder ( Click here ) 

- 3 tsp. to s. agave syrup or honey ( Click here ) 

- 4 tsp. to s. coconut sugar (or powdered blond cane sugar)

- 2 tsp. to s. of an orange puree (hazelnut, white almond or cashews)

- 1 Glass with mustard of hazelnut milk or boot milk 

 

Recipe 

- over very low heat, melt the raw cocoa butter in a bain -marie with the oilseed puree. The temperature should not exceed 46 ° to maintain raw quality. 

- Remove from the heat, add the sugar, agave syrup, raw cocoa powder. Mix. Gradually dilute with hazelnut milk. 

- Pour into a glass jar and let cool so that the mixture hardens a little. 

- This spread keeps very well. If it hardens too much, reheat it in a double boiler for a few minutes before consuming it.
